REFURB AND COMPLIANT

Throughout the Find and Buy stage, we collaborate with all parties to finalise plans, establish design documents, confirm refurbishment specifications, and secure quotes. This ensures that refurbishment work can commence promptly after keys are obtained.

  • We facilitate the re-valuation process, prepare property packs for refinance valuations, and coordinate surveys as needed.
  • Our lettings team handles tenant placement, including conducting thorough reference checks.
  • Our property management team ensures ongoing management of the property, including setting up your bank account for monthly rent payments.

WRAP UP AND FEEDBACK
